You could possibly be having panic attacks. They can happen anytime or anywhere. They will make you feel faint, light headed, very hot and feel like your heart is racing or not beating fast enough. The more you worry about it or are constantly thinking about it, they can occur more often. Please talk with your parents and explain to them everything you are feeling, even if you don't understand it. Think positive! Best wishes and good luck!

I've actually done that. You have to think about other things. Your breathing will continue while you are sleeping. When you lay down put nice thoughts in your head. Count sheep, imagine being somewhere very nice, maybe on vacation. If it gets worse go to a counsellor. The person above mentioned panic attacks, those are scary please try to get this thought to stop before you do start panicking.

Talk to your parents about making you a doctor's appointment. It sounds like it might be a mild panic attack, or anxiety.
