It has a lot to do with atmospheric pressure that results in how much more or less your sinuses bother you. Get a normal saline nasal spray to help relieve the pressure and loosen up nasal congestion that causes the pain. Try taking some Tylenol Cold/Sinus medication too.

Sinus headaches can be caused by chronic allergies. Allergic Rhinitis or AR which can be diagnosed by a physicial it can be treated with Allegra-d, Claritin-d or nasal sprays such as Flonase,Nasocort or anything similar prescribed by a doctor you might have several underlying conditions if you are concerned you should visit an ENT(ear,nose and throat specialist) you might need a cat scan of the sinus or a simus xray to determine what the problem is. over the counter drugs like nasal saline sprays also help.

It is probably the mold and dew. For relief, do steam, over a kettle, or in the shower. If that doesn't offer relief, see a doctor for a possible sinus infection.

I'm a nurse. It's environmental allergies, I have them too. Unfortunately I suffer all year around, this might be the case with you too. Take anything OTC for allergies, or you can see an allergist. Take care.

not sure why but for some reason rain causes sinus pressure and drainage. i wish i knew why too cause it drives me insane!!
