A small piece after lunch or for 3pm snack is fine. Nothing more than a quarter to half an ounce per day due to the caffeine and sugar.
If you are not sure than talk to the doctor but a quarter to half an ounce would be fine.

don't use it a a reward or they will use food as a reward later in life. BAD idea. To the original poster - why are you giving her sweets at all? Our daughter is calm and sweet. if anyone gives her anything sweet she is hyper and mean. Kids don't need sweets.

Use the chocolate as a reward for anything, grades, behavior. It tastes great but not healthy. Even as a reward, use very little.
