For me it's beer. Any Kind I can drink hard liquor and not have a bad of a hangover as I can with beer.
But also I have heard that sugary drinks give you worse hangovers cause they dehydrate you.

if you drink a glass of water between drinks you really shouldn't get a hang over! Hangovers are caused by dehydration not the type of alcohol that you drink!!

the alchohol give you the hangover. it dehydrates you. a pretty good remedy for a hang over that i have found is, a couple tall glasses of water before bed or about 16oz of pedialite before bed
