Try adding cod liver oil, in capsules if the taste is bad. Prunes are also good for adding fiber to keep movements moving through. Also enema's or fleets enemas or suppositories can help if you have an acute episode. Before changing your regimen, I suggest you talk to your Dr. Many things affect your health, and if you use up all your options too soon, you may lose any way to help later if it stops working again.
