didn't your vet advise you on this during prenatal testing?

I do not think this is a stupid question and everyone should feel comfortable asking any question and feel like they are in a supportive environment. My dog is 50 days along and just had her x-rays today. The vet gave me Strongid this late and said it was perfectly safe to give her 2 ml every 2 weeks and the pups .10 ml every two weeks once born. So personally I would check with your vet and see what they would recommend. But Strongid is very safe and no need to worry if you use it this late unless your female has complicating factors. Best of luck!

Call your vet for advice. The call is free.

Revolution is a new product that is safe for moms, and will get rid of any worms..Most vets give the first dose free, as they are promoting it.. Call around to see which vets in your area are carrying it.
I don't think Strongid is safe this late..but I could be wrong.
I DO know that you can give it to mom and pups when they are 3 weeks old, if you are very careful about the dosage.

Do Not deworm her this late in pregnancy...when the pups are 2 weeks old deworm her..mom & pups should be dewormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks of age. ONLY use a dewormer approved and prescribed by your vet!!!!!

i would check the vet. I think that sometime the medicine could do more harm than good. Good luck with the puppies!! Hope they have great homes!!
