If you have glasses, you should wear them because by not wearing them, your eyes are strained and will not function at their best. Adding carrots.....................wow, I think it would take a whole lotta carrots to improve things. By the age of forty, most people are in glasses, and after forty, just about everybody I know over 40 is wearing glasses to read or do up close things. Accept that they are not 20/20 and give them a rest, put on your glasses.

Supplement with Bilberry, Lutein, and/or an ocular formula such as OcuGuard, ICaps, etc...containing those 2 ingredients. I take them, and my eyesight has not changed in over 4+ years! YAY! And I have crappy eyesight, so if it works for me, it will hopefully be a good measure of preventive maintenance for you!!!
