I am bored...all my friends either live a long way or are attached. I am always stuck in the house and I am scared I will never meet anyone. I moved back with my parents after splitting up with a partner of 7 years and before I met him I had just moved here so I dont know many people apart from people I work with. Does anyone have any idea's?

wow.

i know how ur feeling. i moved away and i live on my own, new city, my man is inanother state. however we are having problems.

Meet some people. even if u go to a cafe, go to the same one. you will slowely start making friends, or just a smile or a hi.

When i first came to the city, i sat alone and ate lunch, i go to the same cafe and the waiters always talk to me and have lunch with me.
You wil meet someone, once u find friends and start going out yo u will meet someone. and who says u need someone right now,.take ur time, enjoy being single.

go out and go shopping. do little things that make u feel better. make this time be about u. and thats wat i am doing. get makeovers, geting hair done, nails etc. its the best . i feel great...

You shud start dancing classes, or even gym .

I came to this city 1 month ago ,and ive made a friend in a fashion store where i bought clothes, and she and her friends invited me out to the city. and having lunch at the cafe, i have managed to make few other friends,

you will feel like this for a whilel, trust me it gets beter, new city, new friendship and new beggining! think of it that way. so get out that house right now!! and even go for awalk in the nieghbourhood.

Clitical.Com is mainly for the girls we figured we'd create a whole new section of the site just for the guys. We get asked many questions from our male visitors and also from our female visitors regarding male issues that we thought it was time the team addressed some of them.

Over the coming months we hope to address some of the more common questions and hopefully give both the boys and girls a new perspective on some age old issues.

As always if there is anythign you would like to see added to this section of Clitical then please let us know.

find activieties outside of the house - a bowling league perhaps, or see if someone from work wants to hang out after work Many bars have karaoke nights so that is a good way to meet people and build up your confidence if you haven't tried that!

Are you kidding? You're completely free! You can do anything you like. It's like a fresh start. Not too many people get those. Just try to have fun. Enjoy your freedom, everything else will come in time.

read a book..... don't be in a hurry to find someone for the sake of lonliness.... thats the worse basis of a relationship. Just let things happen in due time. Be available to the idea of new friendships when they become available to you.

funny answer but try this ... either take your dog or offer to take your neighbors dog for a walk in a major park or dog park. you can meet others just like you and its easier than a bar.
