Well almost! It's better than not eating your veggies however it's very high in sodium.
Remember nothing can take the place of fresh organic veggies or fruit but V8 does have vitamins and nutrients that are very important. Anything processed or packaged loses a high amount of it's nutritional content so fresh is better.
However you are nutritionally educated and are adding vitamins and nutrients into your diet. really it's a pretty good choice when you don't have time for preparing veggies. Your on the right track, congratulations!!!!

No, but V8 is way better than drinking soda. It's about a serving of vegetable...but get the low-sodium kind. V-8 and tomato juice have tons of salt in them. If you like drinking V-8, it's all good...but remember you should have at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

Well..................good on you.

The real thing is better but can also be juiced in a juicer to make it easier to get down and digest......

Also better than a smack in the mouth with a wet fish........

Cheers

......:)

Better than nothing, but I think you miss the fiber.

yes, but the sugar content sort of counteracts the benefits; but something's better than nothing.
