It depends on which state you live in. In Montana, you can license and drive/ride ATV"S on the streets. I know in some gated communities in AZ they are licensed for driving on the streets.You can install anything that you can imagine and actually have more options if you modify a gas cart rather a battery driven one. How about the biggest boom box in your county. Take it to the golf course and see how long you last

Get a N.E.V. (Neighborhood Electronic Vehicle) also known as an egg mobile. Same thing as a golf cart but the roof is rounded and it has headlights, backlights and must be registered for a liscense plate. But then you have to live in a community that allows them One great place is Celebration, FL.
