No, I am not scared to fly. I love to fly and live to fly. If I could grow wings, I would fly like a bird. When I was younger, I did not like flying. But, as I got older and started flying a lot for job purposes, I got used to flying very quickly. No worries.

No. I regularly fly from Montreal to Germany and back, never had any concerns for my safety.

Besides...it is statistically more "dangerous" to be in a car than it is to be in a plane... It's true that if a plane crashes, chances of survival are slim, but just think of the total number of fatalities of airplane accidents per year compared to the same number of car accidents. Car accident fatalities outnumber by far those caused by plane accidents!!!

However - are people scared to go by car?????? NO! So it wouldn't make sense to be scared to go on an airplane.

Not scared, no. But it's funny, being a pilot myself, sitting in the back there are times I feel a little nervous. Just like you would if you're sitting as a passenger in a car, and you don't know the person driving, and don't know if they'll do a decent job or not. The lack of control you as a passenger have in the back is naturally conducive to a feeling of nervousness, or in more extreme cases, fright.

No, I have flown all over the US plus to Hungary, England, and China. It was a 22 hour flight to China, so if I can do that, I can fly anywhere!
