First thing, ignore the scale, use a mirror to gage your fitness. Most scales don't take into account muscle mass or height etc. But a mirror will show you what you want to know, how you look! An even better method is to take a picture of yourself every week. The next thing to remember is that working out is only half of the plan. You need to eat a healthy diet also! Working out alot doesn't mean much if your drinking a liter of coke and hittin the fast food jionts everyday.

probably because you are "working out", which means you are most likely gaining muscle weight...you have to do more cardio like running and stuff like that. also, if you are already at a healthy body weight, your body might not lose any fat, but turn it into lean muscle which is really good. no worries, just keep on trying to be healthy. eat well too. everything helps. stick to your guns! good luck!

Because the body does not want to give up energy, it's our society that values a slim physique, not evolution. Fat is just a convenient energy storage method. To see a true loss it takes commitment and dedication along with knowledge.

"90% of life is just showing up". It applies to weight loss too. You just have to do it.
