Islaam………

What is Islaam?
Islaam.... the religion of peace and truth..... Islam means submitting to Allaah, worshipping Him alone and obeying Him, and shunning shirk (polytheism, associating others with Allaah) and those who believe in that. http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=20756&ln=eng
http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=7849&ln=eng
The Merist of Islaam. http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=219&ln=eng
The reason why the religion Islaam is right, because it's perfect. Theres nothing thats allowed to be introduced into it, not taken out. Adding something to the religion or taking something away is called innovation. In Arabic it's called bid'ah.
For more information about bid'ah, go here, http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=10843&ln=eng
What is the meaning of life? To worship and serve Allaah!
Islaam, does not permit suicide bombings, terrorism or the likes, as ignorant people have said. Heres a document on this issue for anyone to download and read. http://rapidshare.com/files/6956517/Jihad__Suicide_and_Terrorism.pdf.html

The Qur’aan is the word of the Lord of the Worlds, which Allaah revealed to His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), to bring mankind forth from darkness into light:

“It is He Who sends down manifest Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) to His slave (Muhammad) that He may bring you out from darkness into light

[al-Hadeed 57:9 – interpretation of the meaning]

Islaam, is the Religion of Allaah. And the best of mankind is the Prophet Muhammad. He was not a terrorist, a pedophile, or a child molester. People who insult the Prophet like that, are more than interlectually challenged. They don't know about Islaam, and not even anything about the Prophet, yet they insult him. Here is a biography of him, http://rapidshare.com/files/8931362/Prophet_Muhammad.pdf.html
The Prophet Muhammad was also mentioned in the Bible. Yet, you don't see the Christians, respecting him as a Prophet.
Heres a document on the Prophet Muhammad being foretold in the Bible. http://rapidshare.com/files/8930407/Muhammad_In_the_Bible.pdf.html

Islaam is tolerant http://rapidshare.com/files/9165668/Tolerance_in_Islaam.pdf.html , Muslims, only believe in One All-Mighty God, Who has no children, nor was He a child, as other religions portrait Him as having a son, God is far from having such thing. Why does He need a son? How can He have a son? That's a great insult to God!

Islaam does not permit to be intolerant to your wife, or to abuse here. http://islamqa.com/index.php?cref=353&ln=eng Rights of women http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=70042&ln=eng

You may think, why do we need a religion? Or why is Islaam a devine religion? Heres another link or two,

Muhammad, did not invent his own religion, verily, he was sent down to complete what Prophet Moses started, who then after him, Jesus took after, since Jesus did not convey the message, Muhammad, the last of the Prophets was sent down, to finish it off. Yes, there were new rules, ofcourse there will be. Muhammad and Jesus, are really close to each other.

We respect all the Prophets, and God. What other religion does? You see Christians mocking Jesus, and God, in His self, creations, or other matters.

What part don't you understand now?
Is Islaam a religion of war and hatred? That teaches people to kill others and themselves? Or is it the religion of truth, and success.

Not any of the religions out there. I wanna follow my own beliefs and truths, not follow everything some book said even if I don't truly believe it and try to be a clone of someone I'm not. My current beliefs don't fit any religion out there.

There is still a lot for me to learn and once I do, I may (which may not happen) start my own "cult". As for God, I still haven't figured it out yet, if I will have a God(s) in my life or not. Not at least until I can prove to myself that a God(s) does indeed exist.

Actually I'm not of a religion. I am on the Path to know thy self, and it is not limited by a religion, that you are constrained by it's limitations. Gnosticism isn't a religion - I move more with the Ebonites and gnostic in thought. But a gnostic doesn't have a religion, because it is a higher esoteric reality. I suppose I am a mystic/gnostic that has no limitations as a religion has.

All religions are but stepping stones to the final achievement which is balance and refinement to know thy self. They serve much of the same function as steps/rungs up the ladder to knowing thy self. So all have their place, but at best all are elementary and entry level. A gnostic is one that has overcome their trappings and seeks to know thy self, seeks experiential knowledge and direct being of their source of being, by which they whole experience teaches them through the reflection of the people, things, places in their world. Life is allegory.

religion "per se" is of very little importance.
what is important is YOUR personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Roman Catholic (Italian/Irish Catholic), a sect of Christianity not to be confused with Orthodox Catholic (Russian/Greek). The major difference between Catholicism and other sects of Christianity is our belief that the Eucharist is truly Jesus' body and blood. Pope John Paul assimilated Catholicism with other sects of Christianity so now we are able to go into any church (Protestant, Nazarean, etc.) and celebrate mass and vice versa.
