I'm not sure because some sugar substitutes have aspartame in them. Some scientists believe that aspartame can cause cancer because it caused it in lab rats. That is just what I read though. Use at your own risk.

Only if you are not allergic! My boyfriend gets sick when he uses a Sugarsubstitute! Plus, for some people they can cause gas....(Dija is right, I heard that, too)

I would think it is. It's just a sugar substitute. I'd be surprised to learn it's not.
