The best way is to use a "probe thermometer" since that will measure exactly what's going on inside the meat rather than be an approximation (it also works fine even if the oven weren't pre-heated when you put the meat in).
I cook the smaller 1 1/4 lb. (pre-marinated) loins by Hormel all the time, and they suggest 425° F for 15-20 minutes per pound, but occasionally that's longer than when my probe tells me the magic 155-155 degrees has been reached (the meat will continue cooking a bit during the 5 min of rest time it should be given out of the oven). Lower temps would take longer of course.
But another good reason to use a probe is that different loins can be different thickness, and thickness would affect how long the heat takes to reach the center and cook it to perfection, without overcooking.
If you're not familiar with probe thermometers, first they're not that expensive.
They come in two parts... the metal probe which is at the end of a metal cable-type wire, and the timer it plugs into. You just put the probe into the meat so that it ends up in approx. the center (for loins, I do it at a shallow angle), shut the door (yes, right on the cable), plug the other end of the wire into the timer outside the oven, then set the timer for the temperature you want.
When the internal temp of the meat reaches your pre-set temp, the timer beeps... very convenient!

350 degrees F - 20 to 30 minutes per pound (so 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how you like it).
