I make it 37...technically speaking. Here's how...

Pot all 15 reds in one shot, then a yellow. That's 17, then pot all colours up to the pink, that's another 20, total 37. Only the black left means end of frame, since snookers are not played for.

How's that?!

Hmm, I think Mr Glenn nearly has it but... there's one extra detail. What if your opponent breaks off first and pots all 15 reds in one shot, then the yellow, then the yellow again, and finally he misses the green? This gives him a score of 19. You then pot the remaining colours including the black on your only visit to the table with a break of 25.

Actually... if you want to be REALLY technical... your opponent could in theory pot all the balls up to the blue right from the break-off, then keep mising the pink repeatedly and having to retake the shot until he's back down to zero. Then you could win by potting just pink and black for a break of 13. I'm assuming that if your opponent had managed to pot the pink the game would definitely have been over. But this is an extreme example :-)

I would say 45. All 15 reds with 15 yellows. No professional would get up to play after the last red went down on a first visit.

It is possible to win with a score of 43 by potting reds followed by yellows until you have no reds left. As there will be 27 points left on the table the opponent will need four snookers to be able to win so most players will at this moment concede the frame as four snookers is at least two too many unless it's a deciding frame with plenty of money at stake.

Mr Glenn your answer is stupid! 15 reds in one shot, never.
