I have been to the doctors, they dont know wat it is. there is calculattion that can be done, you count your heart beat in 10 secs multiply for 6. and it shud be 60 to 100 ..i think , and if its over 100 its dangerous. the other day it went to 110. but that was once. other times it has been 96

Fast heart beat? Dinshah Health Ratio 5?
I guess you are acidic, highly so. You may want to measure your pH which should be 7.5. at all times (saliva and urine). pH paper is available at health food stores or the Internet (pH from about 4.5 to 7.5 or 8).
Here is a simple method to tell if you are still OK or if your state is urgent. Dinshah has developed this method.
You may want to count your heart beat per minute at the left wrist (pulse). Then you may want to count your breath for a minute, in and out is one. Both done after your breath became relaxed.
Divide heart rate by lung rate, e.g. 75:15=5. This is called the Dinshah health Ratio. If yours is 5 or close to 5 (4 or 6) you are OK but may improve. 5 is best due to Dinshah. If 3 or 7, or 8, you need some healing soon. If under 3 or over 8 one would need urgent healing with no bad side effects.
If you would only adjust your acididy level of saliva and urine, this alone may help your body. Alkaline-forming food is an option and so is Color*MedicineTM. Being easily out of breath is one of the signs of acidity!
Be alkaline!
Good health to you!

It sounds like an anxiety response, just breathe deeply when it happens and wait for it to pass. These things are self limiting, and will not last more than 15 to 20 minutes.

My mother has experienced the same thing. She gets this feeling at least 3 times a month. It's horrible. Her doctors still don't know what she has. So far she's gone to a heart specialist and it's not her heart, but she's awaiting results from the lung specialist. I don't know if it's your lungs or heart, but I think it has something to do with your nervous system and the way you react when under stress and anxiety. This could be why you feel like this. I think it's best you talk to your doctor and ask him if you could go see a sheart or lung specialist and see if something is eriosuly wrong. I hope the best for you, and I hope you get better. Good luck!
Warm regards,

I think your doctor would have had a better opp. for making a diagnosis than us Y!Answer types, but if you suspect that it is high anxiety because of extreme stress (and it can manifest as you describe), then you might want to try the Emotional Freedom Technique to get yourself back to a regular heartbeat and a more peaceful, healthier, longer life. EFT is an energy therapy that is easy to learn and to use. Download the free Get Started Package at http://tinyurl.com/yh5zhu , or if you want to dive in right away by purchasing the inexpensive instructional DVDs click here>> http://tinyurl.com/ycwle8 Read the testimonials on this site and you will know how effective this energy therapy is.

You may be 'developing' heart disease, but your 'symptoms' seem to be more anxiety related ... and you can have an 'anxiety attack' when you don't even THINK you're anxious. You need to see a GOOD 'general practitioner/internist' and TELL HIM EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS and HOW YOU 'FEEL' about it happening, and then discuss with him the things you can/should do. It may be only 'transitory' and go away on it's own, but for your own GOOD HEALTH it's better if you see an MD about it. GO PREPARED, though, and even 'print' this answer out and take it with you, because if you're young or 'uninformed' many doctors don't seem to even want to listen ... and what you need MOST is to be 'listened to' by your doctor.

you need to relax more ,stress ,can cause this ,you may be worrying about some thing or even allergic to something that you are near at the time it starts keep and eye out on how you are feeling at any one time and try and get a picture as to when this is happening ,it might be when you are near people this could mean the start of panic attacks ,keep bugging the doc ,get to the bottom of it ,dont give up as it might get worse ,try and find out yourself how and why these start ,my son had this and it turned out to be allergy to fiberglass so just about anything can cause it ,but stat calm till it wears off ok ,good luck
