You can either attend the Church and see if the Clerk there will let you view - he may/may not and normally there is a charge.

Alternatively you can see if they are available to view at a local Family History Centre run by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints reknown for their Family History resources.

Go to www.familysearch.org, search the Family History Library Catalog to see what records are available. Suggest you do a locality search. Then under Find a Centre near you look for the nearest.
