Whatever handed you normally are, same as golf.

If you're ambidexterous, try to hit both clubs and see what you hit better.

Go to a golf shop and hit a few balls with both. Phil Mickelson is right handed but golfs left handed.

check what hand you eat and write with.
how do you swing a bat?
if you are normally right handed then get right-handed clubs.
if you go both ways, you might want to rent first to see which
you prefer.

Hold a club (any) and see which hand is lower... right hand is lower then you are right handed or left hand low you are left handed. Whichever feels natural.

otherwise go by your baseball swing

Go by which way you swing a baseball bat. If your ambidextrous, go with whichever is more comfortable.
