It's possible but probably not healthy.

Hi there, if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.

It is possible, but it's not recommended if you're not going to be closely monitored by medical professionals. If you've watched the show "The Biggest Loser" you can see that they are very closely watched and you know they're on supplements and haveing the blood preassure taken if not daily then at least weekly. It's a pretty drastic change for your body so that's why it's necessary to monitor closely. See a hospital nutritionist for help on this. You might find your insurance will cover it.

Yes it is possible, but it needs to be in a clinical setting/hospital setting. This is a massive amount of weight to lose in a very, very short amount of time and all the medical attention you could get should be there because there are so many things that could happen. I wish you so much luck and may God bring you the blessings you are wanting and needing.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Learn how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat.

I basically study that Janet Jackson did. She claims low carb, 1200cal low fat and 45min of exercising. i imagine i will try too. of route it probable does not be straightforward i'm particular she had a own coach. yet regardless of if that's 40 that's more desirable then 60 overweight.

Sure its possible, but it may not be totally healthy & it may take a toll on your heart depending on how fast you drop those pounds.
