The only logic to the war is access to 15% of world oil reserves. How will access be jeopardized by events to come?

Access to oil doesn't make any economic sense as a reason for the war. Iraqi oil was embargoed making other oil reserves, such the that of the US, more valuable. By liberating Iraq and ending the oil embargo the world's supply increased, reducing the value of the US reserves.

How would Bush and his "oil cronies" benefit by increasing supply of a commodity in demand?

It won't be affected. To date, US has not taken a drop of oil from Iraq, whose major contracts still go to France and Germany (just like before the war)

Those are made up figures. We don't need 15% percent. We need it all. In fact, we already have most of it sitting under the N. Shore and Gull Island, Alaska!

Dick Chaney, Pres. Bush, and Haliburton will loose all the money that us tax payers paid for them to go and fix the oil systems in Iraq. all the tax money spent for their capital gains would be lost.
