i am 5 foot 7 and about 122lbs. is that healthy

You're probably below most girls your height, I would say 140 is a healthy weight for your height.

120-150 is healthy for a girl who is 5'7. This is what my doctor told me because I am also 5'7 and I wanted to loose weight. He said it would be okay for me to loose about 20 lbs I weigh 145. So you are perfectly healthy weight and as a plus on the skinny side for your height percentile.

Could be. Depends on your frame and how much is muscle and how much is flab. If you have a lot of flab and little muscle you may not be all that healthy.

Yes. If I remember correctly (from when I was 5'7) 121 pounds is just underweight. So you're about perfect. :)

you would be ok probably up to 140 or so.
young girls are usually lighter than women.
i think that weight is probably perfect for you.
