I am in my 2nd trimester and I am starting to look like a candy cane with everything pulling me forward. Thanks in advance!

I really recommend getting a dvd about yoga or pilates. Those are both great kinds of excercises. I'd really recommend those.

Try standing with your back against a wall. Press your heels, your buttocks, your upper back and shoulders and the back of your head against the wall. Tuck your chin down and in so the part of your head by your hairline on the neck is what touches the wall. Hold for 20-30 seconds. Do this 2 -3 times, resting 20-30 seconds between attempts. Repeat 1-2 times per day, every day.

Place your palms on your buttocks, finger tips pointed down. Press your hips forward, then SLOWLY arch your back forward and tilt your head back toward the ceiling. Hold for about 10 seconds (or until you start to feel dizzy), then curl upward and return to the vertical. Repeat 1 time, 1 or 2 times per day.

Kneel on all fours on the floor. Drive your lower back toward the ceiling and tuck your tailbone under your hips. Hold for 10 seconds, then allow your backbone to relax and let your belly sag toward the floor. Hold for 10 seconds then go back to neutral. (This is similar to the yoga cat - cat stretch - cow positions). Repeat 3-5 times. Do this 2x per day.

From the all fours position, extend one leg to the rear. Keep your hips level (ie, don't allow them to rotate to one side - stay parallel with the floor). Hold for 15-20 seconds. Bring your leg back to the start position and repeat on the other side. Do 2 repetitions on each side, 1 time per day.

Hope it helps!
