well in school i participate in sports for each season. but on my days off ill jog/walk on treadmill for an hr or a cds length. and everyday i do 100 crunches 50 leg lifts.

What you need to do is cardio, eat healthy, watch your calorie intake and/or have smaller food intake.

I run on the Treadmill & eat smaller amounts of food. It works for me.
