it seems average when i look in the mirror, but is it actually too skinny??
i'm afraid people will think i look unhealthy.

No, you're fine. Your body mass index (BMI) is in the normal range. Your BMI is about 20-22, and the normal range is 18.5 - 24.9. Below 18.5 would be underweight, or below 110 pounds for your height. (BMI is a more useful measurement than the old height-weight tables.) You're actually about the same size as me.

Trust me, 121 pounds is healthy for a height of 5 feet 4.5 inches.

I recall one of the medical journals that pass through my office that a woman of 5'4" with a medium build should weigh approximately 120-130 lbs. I know this because I am 5'4" and was interested in this bit of info.

It's too skinny for a dude, but just the right weight for a girl.

I weigh 6 pounds more, and I'm 3 inches taller. I wouldn't worry about it. I think you're fine.
