If you only took one, don't worry about it. It will not be picked up by a urine screen at that point.

percocet if I am not mistaken is an opium based drug, that was out of your system by wednesday. Coincidentally I injured myself a week before a drug test and was prescribed vicodin the doc told me that it would come up on a drug test as an opiate but that it only stays in the system for about 24 hours. You have nothing to worry about.

Don't know about DXM, but if it's a urine test it might not detect the heroin. My mates used to have pee tests and stop using H two or three days before the test. It rarely showed up.

Most of the testing is for illegal drugs. Also they ask what you have taken in the past week, just list it. You won't fail for taking a prescription drug as it is prescribed. Don't worry!!
