I have seen people that drink heavily, and I've noticed they have a bigger, porous, red nose. Why is this? and,Is it related to the alcohol consumption?

I thought so, too, but current opinion is that rhinophyma is associated with a skin condition known as acne rosacea.

Yes, your nose AND your ears get larger as you age. There is a lot of speculation as to exactly why this is, some people think it's because the nose and ears are comprised mostly of cartilage, which continues to grow after our bones have stopped. Plastic surgeons will tell you that the cartilage becomes thinner as we age, and looses it's elasticity as we age, causing our nose and ears to droop. You probably wouldn't notice any difference yet, as ears have been measured to grow only one-hundreth of an inch every year, but take a look at some photos of young people, and compare them to photos of the same people as elderly men and women. There is DEFINITELY a difference :)

Redness is related to the alcohol, but size is related to age...there are two parts of the human body that continue to grow...the ears and the nose.

The redness is from the alcohol.

The growth is just from aging. The ears and nose never stop growing until you die.
