I got fired from my job because of this guy who works there. He was sexually harrassing me and I told him to quit and he got mad so he kept telling the boss things to make her fire me. He's an illegal from Mexico and yesterday I say his brother at the store and he laughed in my face. Would you call Immigration on them? There is more to the story but too long to post it. Any ideas of what I can do. I am just sick of people who come here illegally and do mean things like that. Oh yeah the women who fired me is illegal also and I was born here in America!

by bringing any kind of charges with the department of labor or a civil suit, the immigration status of the illegals will come to light and they will be forced to go. do it!!

I didn't know that America was full of ignorant people... First of all there is no way that your boss can have you as an employee if he/she is illegal. Obviously if you wouldn't have gotten fired you would never have even thought of calling INS on them. If you want sue your boss for not doing anything about the sexual harassment.

How in the world is that possible? You know, with your boss being illegal and having the ability to hire and fire people. If this did happen, then hell yeah. That is disrespectful and they deserve what's coming to them. What goes around comes around.

First of all i just had a sexual harassesment class at work and we were told that if you reported it to your boss about the harrassment and they did nothing about it you could sue your job.. Thats what i would do instead of causing trouble with immagration..

call the aclu. . .wait they will take her side. get an assault rifle- i have one you can borrow- and "go postal on theira@@" or "medieval on the a@@".
seriously report them to U. S. Immigration with facts, times, dates or Pickett the employer. Another good idea is to find out her home address or better the employers address and get the free trials coupons w/bill me later or skin mags or send her a smut site from her husband. there are all kinds if things you can send her.all the junk/spam her comp. can handle.

Report the entire business to the Better Business Bureau. If they have any idea at all, they'll get their crap together real quick. Companies never like it when you threaten to call the Better Business Bureau!

You should sue them (for the sexual harassment). Then after you get your money turn them into Immigration authorities. Git-R-Done!
