Get one of those face masks for yourself. The flu can be passed on through the air by sneezing.
Wash your hands frequently and have your kids wash their hands frequently.

It's too late to get a flu shot this year, but getting one each year will help.

Blat, that's not true. You can't get the flu from the shot. It's inactive. I have been getting it every year since 1996 and I have never gotten the flu from the shot.

Eat plenty of vitamin c--oranges, etc
eat chicken broth soups
Take vitamin C, zinc and elderberry

You can take echinaechia on an on/off basis for adults; but should not be given to kids. It also is most effective taken with the C and zinc

Don't get the flu shot. The last time I got the flu, was when I took the flu shot, which was over 10 years ago.

Start taking Airborne now!!! It may be too late since you could have come into contact with it, they also now make airborne for kids. It helps build up your immune system. Wash your hands alot and start taking echinacia and vitamin c.
