They are both very good for your health. Oranges contain a little more water than apples and less fat (but more carbs). Apples are especially useful for fighting cellulite as well as constipation (when eaten raw,with their skin)

I don't think eating oranges and eating apples are mutually exclusive. Eat both. You need a balanced diet.

Eat both,they are high in fiber,good source of vit c,antioxidants,Apples have flavinoids,Quercetin,Oranges have folate,thiamine,potassium,rutin,bioflavinoids.Both are very nutritional and healthy,eat them every day if you can.
