This is the second time in about two weeks that this has happened. There is no return address on the envelope, and the handwriting doesn't look familiar at all, and I have been living at this house only since may 2006, so not everyone has my address even. What do you take from this? Should I be worried I have a stalker? The envelope has a stamp on it, but this time it wasn't stamped by the post office, so it's like someone put it in my mailbox instead of mailing it, last time it had the post office stamp on it. Toooooo weird.

in case you're at the same time with a verify, sure use that tackle. The returns should be postmarked by 10/15 once you've an extension, do not should be gained by then, You do keep in mind that the extension in reality helps you to record late, now to not PAY late, and also you'll nonetheless be charged activity and consequences for paying late?

I would think that the person who lived there before you took someone to court for something serious, such as assault. Often judges will sentence someone to pay the person they hurt $1. a month for a few years to force them to think constantly about what they did.
I doubt you have a stalker, I think that maybe the previous resident just didn't want this person to know where they were moving to. Or maybe they just have the wrong address, such as Hebert street instead of Herbert st.

maybe it's a random act of kindness. lotsof people like doing random things that affect people's lives in small ways. otherwise, if you can or if you already have one, why don't you get a video camera and have it run 24/7. this would be a pain cos obv. you would have to change tapes however the tapes wouldn't have to cost much cos you could just buy four or five and reuse the ones that you had checked though. just make sure you aim it at you postbox and it's not zoomed in or out too much. good luck! and let us know!

I think it sounds kind of cool; mysterious. Weird, too. Why would some one send you a dollar? Has anyone made any references? Maybe it's just a joke.
