I can totally relate to you. Spanish is indeed a difficult subject, i even have troub;e with it, even though i come home with many A's and B's. I was in a similar situation to yours once, i recieved a d which was barely passing in spanish and in health class. I knew right then and there that i let my parents down, i mean they really work hard for my education so i can go to college. I couldn't blame anyone else because i knew it was my fault, i knew that i was slacking off, i was just so stressed out at the moment, So, this is what i did, and i suggest you do the same, show your report card to your parents, even though i was regretting everything i still should it to them because, it's apart of life, people make mistakes, i stood there thinking about the consequences, but i faced the inevitable and i showed it to them, i told them that i promise to do much better next time. but if you say that, then you really have to mean it, so i worked harder there after, revised a study plan and finally obtaines a 93 A in spanish, and i felt proud i didn't want to hold that guilt with me be not showing my report card. like my motto goes "Never back down and never quit". i hope you see it my way and do the same. i wish you the best of luck.

Relax and tell the truth. Would your family really not talk to you because you made an average grade? Sad if true.

Can you switch to another teacher or another language next semester? Tell your mom that you are really trying but this course is not for you.
