You can use curling iron or "hot comb" but make sure that you arent putting any oils on it or heavy greases because this just intensifies your volume and your hair going back to nappy.

no believe me i have curly puffy frizzy hair and there is no way but u could blow dry it with a round brush and it takes a long time but it comes out pretty straight but not a straight as with an iron or you can go to the Solon and get it Japaneses straightening

Try coconut milk/lime juice to loosen your curl.That's the only thing I can think of besides a texturizer or a warm flat iron w/ a good heat protector spray.

The only way I know way I know other than a flat iron is to chemically straighten it, opposite of a perm..
