I can see that they offer a free service to go back to them (eg. if there has been a bt line in your house and an engineering doesn't have to come) or charge £124.99 if its a new line but what do they actually charge you if you charge to them from a line that cable put in??

If its an optical fibre cable line u will have to pay the full £124.99 but if its previously been a bt line and cable just took it over they may possibly switch it bk with no carge. When u ring up to arrange it ask the advisor if it is a stopped or ceased line.
If its stopped no charge!!
Fingers crossed for ya. I used to work for BT service aint great!!
