My boyfriend's little 6-year old cousin. This morning he had surgery on his brain. He's probably the cutest little boy I've ever met. The only time I spent time with him was on Christmas Eve when I went to my guy's house for dinner. Me and Billy played cars for about an hour. He's such a sweet kid and knowing that he was going through such a scary thing this morning was almost more than I could handle.
