I think you should act like yourself but wear a certain ring or necklace symbolizing your pride or favorite tv show, like queer as folk. you don't have to scream, "i'm gay!" but you can simply show it on your ring or necklace. if the person is a fan or gay, they will notice you. *shrug* this is my opinion. hope it works for you. :)

P.s i can tell from your question anyway me and my guy friends hang out at gay clubs( me straight ) and they get lots of dudes digits you should try going to the club and being yourself!!! p.s how do you act gay? Ive never heard of it I just know to be yourself

Well furst of all u gotta go to an online dating site for gay ppl, or go to gay bars if u can. over there u will meet so many homos nd stuff there has to be one that catches ur eye go up to him and introduce urself, from what i noe gay ppl are really friendly so im sure ull find someone that notices u....

I say be yourself, be upfront and smile a lot. If you are in a place that caters to that type of lifestyle, then it may be a bit easier to do than in regular public.(also safer). Strike up an interesting conversation, say hi more, get more confidence. People all want a strong individual to be around.
No different for anybody regardless of orientation
