Cut the calories and eat healthy most people think eating healthy is eating non fat stuff no it isnt! try not to eat non fat and fat free foods because they are cutting out things u need! Eat the regular foods just dont eat as much! Then workout atleast and hour a day u can also buy this sauna suit to out on while u are working out its helps u sweat off the fat so u can loose weight 2x's as faster as just diet and exercise alone!also limit your eating of meat! because it cloggs up your colone system and cloggs up all the food and turn it into fat. drink pleanty of water and dont drink pop and artifical juices! Drinking tomatoe juice such as V8 is another good way of loosing weight!instead of eating your snack or breakfast drink it!V8 also makes a variety of smoothies u can also drink that! And try to not eat out of resturants! like mcdonalds wendys and the rest of the gain!not because it is fatting but becasue its nasty!did u kno they have a 10 econd rule if u drop something on the floor u have 10 econds to pick it up! Anotha way 2 loose weight is take a dry ingerdient named yeast u get it fromthe health food store it is not the yeast used in breadsi ts a health yeast! i lost 5 pounds in a week if u need any questions just email me!

Become more active, not just sexually, I mean move around a lot and you will burn more calories that way.
