If she's three years old, this might be okay because she's a little kid, but if she's fifteen, you got a tramp on your hands. How does one handle a trampy girl child? Lots of restrictive movements outside of the home and on the computer at home. Do it or you'll be a grandma or grandpa sooner than you want to.

depending on how old this child is sit her down and talk to her. there has been alot in the media about britney and paris not wearing panties. if shes 10 she shouldnt be wearing minis in the first place and she needs to know that this isnt acceptable behavior bc it sends the wrong message. if shes 16 then you need to talk to her about why she thinks she shouldnt wear panties under her skirts. and then start doing pantie checks eventually she will get so embarassed (no pun intended) that she will just start wearing them. but you also have to worry about her taking them off when she gets to school.

Hey hotbody - with a name like that no wonder she is going to school without pants on. Get your act together, check what she wears every morning, and be a good parent. She is definitely on the wrong road if you ask me.

Explain the danger of teasing and how a guy could get the wrong idea from her clothing. Granted the male has no excuse for taking liberties with any female and any inappropiate action by the male would be 100% wrong the guy could still get the wrong idea and think he has a greenlight to do what he wants.

Where did she learn it from? Is there any kind of bad influences around the house? What you should do is maybe watch her get dressed, or lay out her clothes, and then you'll know she has panties on, or do both, lay out her clothes, and panties, and then watch her get dressed, then maybe she'll wear what she is supposed to.

Well don't stress 1st make her go put panties on then explain to her that unless she is ready to raise a child pay her own bills and move out then she will wear them. Its your house and your rules not hers.

wow that's a good one ... I would say grounding is not good enough but to have her have a dress inspection every morning that might make her realize
