"Does I to V" means "unidentified parties one through five"...in law, the term John Doe (or Jane Doe) is often used to describe unidentified (or sequestered) parties. "Does" may often be identified through the discovery process.

Without seeing what your entire summons says, this is difficult to answer. However, if it is a drug related offense, a summons usually relates that a defendant violated a specific drug crime when possessing said drug which "...is enumerated in Schedules I thru V..." etc! Schedules I-V, of the Controlled Substances Act, describe each specific drug of abuse that are listed in accordance with their 1) medical use; 2) potential for abuse; 3) potential for addiction. All illegal drugs that have no medical use are listed in Schedule I. The remaining drugs of abuse are listed in Schedules II thru V in the order of greater to lesser. Hope this helps!

DOES I TO V means the person who filed the complaint is leaving room to possibly amend the complaint at a later date when and if any additional people are found to be a possible defendant in the case and they want to add them to the case to be sued. In this case, the complaint only allows for an additional 5 people to be added to the case.

I agree with ZAP'S answer. But does LCD watch then mean how many persons each officer is responsible for when on patrol? If so, I find this would be a figuratively impossible number for them to work with.
KCV, Wouldn't the reference of "doe's" maybe rule out the scheduling of drugs as to their class, part?

"Does I to V" means unknown parties one through 5. In other words, there are other persons who should be in the case that have not been identified. "DOES" is plural for "John or Jane Doe" which is just what we call an unknown person.
