How often do you drink now as opposed to when you weren't in the military?

In the military A LOT
After the military somewhat got a hold of moderation.

I was active in the navy from Sept 11th 2003 to May 26th 2006. Drinking before was social. Drinking during increased at least to every weekend. I mean you have to get plastered in the military. Most are E-1 through E-3. Because your really can't lose much rank. But I have seen E-7's busted to E-4 or lower for drinking to much. Now that im out my drinking level is going down again. And to make it worse im only 21, I should be at the peak of my alcoholic advanture.

I was the opposite of most people. But I never drank in the military. Now, I drink like a fish. (I guess I'm trying to make up for all the non-drinking I did)

When I was in High School, none. When I was in college/training I drank about every weekend, though never on weeknights. Now that I'm in the military I enjoy a glass of wine with dinner or an evening glass of a liquour every once in awhile, but I only drink (how I think you're referring to it as) about once a month or even less.

I didn't drink before I joined the Army, and after 10 years or so I still don't drink. It's a personnel choice some of us make. We're a rare breed, but there are non-drinkers that proudly serve.

When i was a special operator I facking drank every night that I was at home station, and just about every night while I was over in the war zone. Now that I have been out of the war for about 2 yrs now, and I am out of that community, I drink maybe once or twice a year now at social functions.

When I was in, probably 6 to 12 beers a day when in base. Every weeked we would get smashed.
Since then, about 6 beers a week.
