when me and my boyfriend had been going out for two days he had his 18th and one of his ex's came from grade 10, he hugged her twice, put his hand on her leg while they were talking and then kissed her on the forehead. we have now been going out for 4 months but i just can;t get it out of my head, and i just can't trust him, he had been friends with her since kindergarten, so he said it was just friendly, but i'm still upset and i can't trust him, so i broke up with him yesterday, but he is really upset, and won't leave me alone. did i make the wrong decision?

I would say you did the correct thing; first, it was not the hugs or the kissing on the forehead that caught my attention, it was the hand on the leg that communicates a lot with body language, not only on the givers part, but that fact that she was receptive of it also. He is still keeping his territory marked and she is allowing it. I would guess he is/was using you to get to her and it sounds like it was working. Odds are he dumped her because she was not doing something he wanted/expected and his going out and getting you was his emotional arm-twisting of her to get her back in line. Who knows if it will work in the long run, but it looks like she is thinking about it. Second, instincts are quite powerful, if you have not noticed yourself jumping to conclusion like this before, your sub-conscious mind is probably trying to communicate something to you, even if the over all actions were innocent and that was just some sort of excepted sub culture practice that I have never heard of, trust me, that would not shock me, there are so many out there it is not funny.

Another question I would ask you, that you did not make clear with your question is how long was it since they broke up and he started dating you? If he walked out of one relationship and right into another that is never a very good sign, not as bad as a female doing it, they tend to jump in with a lot of extra baggage that should be dealt with before starting a new relationship, but it still shows that he is probably taking females for granted and is not ready for a real relationship anyway.

You made the right decision. There's a difference between friendship and kissing and touching. If he's just being friendly, tell him to kiss one of his guy friends.

Of course you did! You're being a typical crazy little girl. Chicks are idiots. You need to calm down, and give the guy the benefit of the doubt. Jeeze. You are immature, and selfish.

if it happened on the 2nd day you were dating you really shouldnt have made such a big deal about it...you witnessed everything that happened so obviously he didnt think it was a big deal...and it takes a lil while to get used to not being single

YES!!!! YOU SHOULD HAVE LISTENDED TO HIM HE DID NOTHING RONG. I AM SURE THEM GOING OUT MADE THEM EVEN CLOSER TO ONE ANOTHER. TELL HIM HOW YOU FELT AND IT KEPT RUNING THREW YOUR MIND AND TELL HIM YOUR SORRY AND YOU WANT TO BE WITH HIM. THATS IF YOU TRULY LIKE HIM YOU WILL DO THAT. BUT IF NOT STILL TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL AND THEN TELL HIM YOU WOULD GUST LIKE TO BE FRIENDS WITH HIM FOR A WHILE.
