/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced onion
dash salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before using. For grilled or broiled chicken, pour marinade over 2 to 3 pounds of chicken pieces; refrigerate for 4 hours or more. Do not re-use marinade

If you have time to go to the grocery store, Lawry's makes REALLY good marinades; just leave 'em in a bag with the chicken for half an hour and you're good to go!

Try McCormack's Montreal Chicken Spice...very quick and easy and this stuff is Great with all types of meat. Italian dressing is really good...I use Newman's Italian dressing. Teryaki glaze (sauce). Kraft's honey and garlic bbq sauce (they make other good bbq sauces too). Thai spicy peanut butter sauce! I love this one for chicken and beef, and it is great on kabobs. Soy sauce and sesame oil with finely diced green onions. Lemon juice and lemon pepper with garlic or garlic powder, and cilantro. You can get a bottle of Thai Sweet-Hot Chile Sauce..this sauce is wonderful and not too hot. It is available in many supermarkets, and also in most Asian markets. Hope you like these! Enjoy!

Italian dressing is always good, I like to use fruit juice sometimes too, orange juice with a little maple syrup makes a glaze when you cook it and if you have some pineapple(I always keep a can in the pantry) makes a nice Hawaiian dish with plain rice.

I put my uncooked chicken in a ziplock baggie, then I add soy sauce, lemon juice, and this seasoning that is emeril's chicken seasoning, and let it sit for a while. Then when i go to bake it, I pour the extra on top, it turns out pretty good =]

You can use Italian dressing or just go buy one . they have dry packages and sauces that you can get . The dry packet ones are where you would get your taco seasoning and the sauce ones are where you would buy your ketchup and BBQ sauce . Hey BBQ sauce is always good maybe try that .
