doctors never have a clue because they arent specially trained to deal with tattoos, ask your artist for the most accurate information. Most likely it is either a black or a red colour that "raises up". This is simply the tattoo being irritated. A lot of people find those colours will rise up after strong sun exposure. Have you been in the sun without putting sunscreen over your tattoo??

Its nothing to panic about and it happens to a lot of people, just the way tattoos are, if it bothers you take some benadryl, it will take the swelling and itching down.

It's no big deal. Most tattoos do this from time to time. My husband and i both have a couple of our tattoos that do the same thing and we've had them for a few years now. Not all of our tattoos do it. It's just something that they do. But here is a site that you can go to and ask professionals yourself.
Hope this helps and good luck.

i admire the assumption of having it on your shoulder. you won't be in a position to help the outfits element. there is very few places on your physique the place the tattoo is purely not a minimum of in part coated up in a number of you outfits. so a techniques as your loved ones is going, there is not lots you're able to do approximately their evaluations the two different than bow all the way down to them and not get a tattoo. this might properly be a private determination. probability is they are going to be very mad for awhile yet at last recover from it. Are they the type who many times carry grudges and supply up speaking to different human beings? it is the variety you would be waiting to tell what their genuine reaction may be.

If you have any scars on your body you will notice that the scar tissue becomes inflamed from time to time and will puff up. Don't worry about it, your clothes probably just rubbed it the wrong way. I think most people with tattoos have had this happen before.

And to the guy with the HIV comment....get a clue!

i would figure probably a slight infection...nothing major...just don't scratch it...I have a couple of scars that do it every once in a while and i was told not to itch it because it would become infected and possibly develope staff...so yeah!
