A girl gave me her number Friday night. Tells me I better call her during the week. Sends me a text on Saturday, "It was great meeting you!". I tried calling her on Monday, I got the answering machine. She hasn't called back. Do I try calling her again on Thursday if I don't hear from her or do I forget about the whole thing right now. Did I call initially too soon or too late?

Ok im a guy, but i know what im talkin about. Thiz girl seems interested in you, and she shows that by sending you the text "it waz great meating you". I feel you called at the right time (not too early not too late). She definatly got your message, but she iz a girl, she wont call you back, she wants you to call her, so yes... thursday would be a good time to call her back. If she still doesnt answer, you might try calling back exactly a week later, then if you still havent contacted her, i would write it off as a loss. If you dont call again, then she will probably feel that you are the one who iznt that interested. She may prefer a text message as well, many girls do, it iznt as direct and gives them time to think about what they want to say. Give another try or two, then take it from there brother. Good luck

You should have responded by Text on Saturday " You too. I'll call you later"
I would call on Thursday and leave a message. If you hear nothing move on. If you get her on the phone Great!

If she told you to call her during the week then that means she wants you to call her during the week. When on monday did you call her? did you call her during the day maybe she was at work and if it was at night maybe she does things on monday night. Call her back on Thursday and if you get the answering leave a messege with your phone number and if she doesn't call you back then forget about it.

Call her again or even text her. Maybe she was busy and didn't get a chance to call back. This time leave a message with your contact info if she doesn't answer. If you text her say something clever that will get her attention. If she still doesn't call back or text back forget about her.

Maybe she is just shy, keep calling her and if you get the machine leave her a message and tell her how you feel. You must really like her. Good luck!
