To me this sounds like a very clumsy attempt at saying "hold me close" in Italian, by literally translating or possibly by using an online translator...
tener(e) = to hold
me = me (in some cases)
chiude = the 3rd person singular of the verb "close"

I don´t know the word chiude in Spanish.

Maybe it is slang somewhere.
