Self explanatory- lost weight and my butt went with it. I don't want to gain any weight or build up my body- I want to maintain my petiteness but make my booty just a little more 'licious. I know it sounds like I'm horsing around, but I really do want to know how I can build my hind end up... suggestions? Exercises? How long will it take?

It is possible to build a nice rear end while keeping your petite size. In fact, it seems that some women in the gym only work their lower body. I think some of the best exercises that you would want to do are squats and lunges, but throwing some leg presses in there sure wouldn't hurt. If your looking to add mass, trying using heavier weights for less repetitions (a weight where you can only accomplish 6-8 reps). Also make sure to feed your muscles after your workout with a nice protein blend, I'm not sure what your current diet is. Just remember anything is possible with enough hard work. If it was easy, everyone would look perfect.

The problem with weight gain and loss is that is next to impossible to predict where your body will gain or loss the weight first.

I suggest some lunges, bike riding, etc. etc.

get the ebook How To Get a Bigger Booty, it's the only thing I know can help besides the implants! And those cost thousands...

climb stairs and hills. Also do squats while holding weights to build your butt back up/
