Here's the link to download it for free...

Please note you can also download the maintenance schedule & warranty guides here as well.
I recommend that you download all 3 & save them to your computer for future reference.
I further recommend that you do NOT forget to go back to your original question & give credit where credit is due by choosing a "Best Answer" to your question.
I believe that would be THIS answer!

You'll probably end up going to your Local Dealer to get a manual on your car. If you want a book that gives you pritty much of the info about your car, just buy the Haynes Manual Repair Bok, you can find them @ Auto Zone, Wal-Mart for around $20.00

ebay

Edit: I just checked and they have manuals under "2000 ford mustang manual". Search it under "cars". Then subcategory "manuals".

Edit: I love how ETHOL threw in the cue for best answer. But she def does deserve the best answer. And she has the only thumbs up.

I guarantee Ebay will be your best option for an owners manual. If you want a repair maual try an auto parts store for a Chiltons manual.

open the trunk and pop out the liner. Should be 4 plastic "bolts"(look like trees) by your trunk latch and then there should be 2 plastic screws 1 on each side right behind the taillight. Once you have those out the liner should come out. Then once you have that out there should be 4 bolts holding the taillights in.
