It's a normal feeling to have the "jitters or anxieties or giddiness". ' You sound very young . Probably, you're still a teenager. And therefore, you don't have too much experience in dealing with or interacting with members of the opposite sex.

For you to have this uneasy feeling. More likely, than not this guy spells trouble for you. I hope he's not pressuring you to have sex. At this crucial stage of your adolescence, you should have a lot of healthy relationships with acquaintances and friends. Girls and boys alike, you should have countless " friends " with common interests. You shouldn't single out any friend especially one of the opposite sex for any close or intimate relationship. You should collect and select. This way, you'll get the hung of it in interpersonal communications.

A real friend is one who makes you comfortable, relaxed and easy to get along with. All the feelings that you experience in his company should; all be positive and not one of fear or anxiety. If you feel bad, sick; to the point of becoming nauseous; especially when you are in the company of this certain guy. This can only mean one thing. That he doesn't radiate good karma for you. He doesn't exert any good influence on you. Therefore, you should avoid him. Or just tell him out right you only want to be friends with him.

In very rare instances, there were cases, when you get cold and clammy hands and feet. Your heart skip a beat or races. Or you seem tonque- tied and act awkwardly when you are in the presence of one guy you have a "crush" on. These are all normal feelings. I used to get this when I was a younger and quite inexpeienced. .

These are all normal body signals or responses to your frame of mind . Just remember, you want to be with a person who allows you to be you. A person who makes you feel comfortable. A person who makes you feel good about yourself. In other words, a true friend who accepts you for what you are. You'll find this advice to be quite valuable and meaningful in later years.

It's normal! Don't worry! It's just you being nervous. Just pretend your boyfriend is a friend and relax! Talk, watch a movie! Anything to not get you nervous!
