I use to like my weight, now I'd like a little more umph to my body since I turned 21 not too long ago. I have pretty big legs, but not a large caboose to go with. And I'd also like to have bigger breasts (especially those) withought surgery! (And don't tell me to get pregnant please)!
I would really appreciate REAL suggestions, some success stories will do just fine as well. I'm serious about this, and I'd like it if you were too. Thanks so much!

I suggest that you add lean proteins to your diet, and focus on upper body muscle development. The added muscle to the body would be shapely, as opposed to jiggly fat that comes from the carb/candy method of weight gain.

As a precaution, I'd get a blood screening to make sure you don't have any other issues like high cholesterol, or high blood sugar so that a diet change doesn't turn into a bigger problem.

You can add body/muscle to your backside by doing stairmaster or other exercises which shape and tone the bottom. Since the bustline is mostly fat, you options are very limited without surgery. However you could sculpt shoulders and chest muscles which will give your bust a perky look. Best of luck to you.

Go and purchase Ensure. It's a drink that nursing houses provide older persons who do not desire to consume. It's just about like consuming a meal. I was once beneath weight and might drink one an afternoon as a snack - now not a meal. I'd traditionally have one round two or three within the afternoon. Try and consume a little bit some thing each and every 2 hours - even supposing it is a banana or yogurt - piece of fruit. Keep snacks with you in the course of the day.

You can try weight training to change the shape of your body and tone your muscles - you can tighten and lift your tush and increase its size a little. Unfortunately, the only thing outside of surgery that will make your breasts bigger is overall weight gain. If you are intentionally keeping yourself thin through dieting then of course you can stop. If you just have a fast metabolism and don't tend to gain weight, that could still change as you go through your twenties. If you have a really hard time gaining weight then a doctor or registered dietician can help you with some food choices for a healthy weight gain. Don't just eat a lot of fatty or sugary food - that's not good for your body. You could also try (just for cosmetic appearance) some "cookies" to go in your bra or you can even buy an undergarment that's padded to fill out the appearance of your backside. Good luck!

Trust me, do not start intentionally putting on weight. As you age, your body will change and you won't be able to get it off. Enjoy what you have now, it's a huge blessing. Be happy with you. Time will take care of the weight. If you preserve your ability to stay thin, later when your body naturally fills out, you will be very glad that you did not do what youre considering right now.

Please trust me on this.

Weight training (with heavy weights) and cutting back on cardio sessions will help....also incorporate good fats (omega 3s in fish etc) to your diet, increase your total caloric intake as well as your proteing intake. Give your muscles plenty of recovery time between workouts...and get enough sleep.
Bigger breasts without surgery...not possible.
