I am regularly exercising and eat a healthy rounded diet (not starving myself) and would like to curb my appetite, have more energy (without the jitters) and speed my metabolism. I also would like to know about any negative experiences also, please include the name of the pills you had the experience with. I am also a female so I would not like to be ripped, just lose a few pounds and help speed up the gym results.

I have taken Zantrax (the blue bottle) and also green tea diet pills from GNC. The Zantrax worked and usually wouldn't make me feel jittery unless I took more than 2 or took 2 and than another one a short time later. It usually would only make me lose my appetite, I dont know if it sped up my metabolism or not. (it probably did...). I liked it, but I stopped taking it just because I became obsessed with my heart, and diet pills (in long term use and taken to extreme) can cause irregular heart beats.
The green tea pill curbed my appetite slightly (as green tea does). That is about all it did..and it wasn't for a long period of time.
I reccommend getting a good exercise regime and eating healthy. I am a chocholic and love carbs! my new yrs resolution is to be 110-115 by March 2nd...when I get the craving (which is A LOT) for chocolate or anything too fattening, I simply DONT eat it. It's hard and you need motivation, but it's natural at least. I eat lots of fruit and yogurt and eat lots of fibe (which fills you up, try almonds as a snack). goodluck.

Watch your blood pressure and pulse and make sure what you take does not effect you negatively. Drinks lots of fluids and try taking only one a day. You might find that little "boost" is all you need instead of the recommended 3-4 a day. I sometimes take one 30 minutes before breakfast (granola bar and silk) just to fire me up since I don't drink coffee.

I took xenadrine and started shaking, I was walking in the street for about an hour at midnight every night, so it did give me more energy, just a spooky amount of extra energy. I lost ten pounds.

Diet pills? Don't take them. They lead to cancer, gaining more weight and they also lead you to a less horimones which means that you will end up looking like a man.
